Our complete coordination service covers every detail of planning your wedding. We work with you to develop a budget, hire and manage vendors, and assist with design. This comprehensive service assures you the wedding you want, without worry.

Consultation (scheduled one month prior to event):

  • Discuss budget in relation to wedding
  • Review ideas for ceremony and reception
  • Review desired locations, advise and draw comparisons with recommendations
  • Review style, theme and color choices
  • Review and discuss desired vendors, provide vendor recommendations and referrals
  • Arrange and attend all vendor meetings
  • Arrange and attend all venue previews
  • Plan, develop, and manage wedding budget
  • Review budget monthly and update as necessary
  • Prepare calendar of payments and deadlines
  • Provide monthly wedding task list
  • Assist with choosing wedding day attire and accessories

Midway and Design Meeting (scheduled 6 months prior to the event):

  • Review vendors selected for services
  • Follow up with vendors and confirm those selected
  • Review venues and discuss floor plan, rain/contingency plan, and layout
  • Discuss wedding ceremony, design, and style, as well as musical selections
  • Discuss and plan table decor, cake table, favors, ceremony decor, and reception decor
  • Discuss attire and accessories
  • Discuss floral design
  • Discuss invitations and wording
  • Create list for DIY projects and shopping list
  • Update task list
  • Provide customized list of additional items needed
  • Discuss additional services needed (if any)
  • Arrange room blocks for out-of-town guests
  • Make welcome bags

  • Finalize vendor list and delivery schedules
  • Highlight and discuss items needed
  • Provide detailed floor layout and timeline
  • Discuss who will perform each task at the ceremony
  • Design lineup of wedding party

Wedding Rehearsal:

  • Direct rehearsal flow, coordinate, and make suggestions as necessary
  • Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony duties (rings, readings, ushers, etc)

Wedding Day—Direct Wedding Ceremony and Reception:

  • Wedding coordinator will arrive to site prior to wedding to assist with set up
  • Oversee vendor arrival and set up
  • Ensure decor is set according to plan
  • Pin flowers on family and attendants, distribute bouquets
  • Ensure timeline is followed and according to plan
  • Direct reception flow with introduction to bride and groom, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, and vendor issues
  • Box up remaining cake and to-go meals if requested, distribute favors
  • Direct bride and groom's exit
  • Help load gifts and personal items into designated vehicles
  • Oversee clean up of venue
