Basic Coordination Service

Our basic coordination service insures your wedding planning stays on track and culminates in the wedding you dream of. This package is best for couples with a vision of the wedding they want, but that also may have questions about event preparation, styling, and design.

Consultation (scheduled within one month of booking):

  • Discuss budget in relation to wedding
  • Review ideas for ceremony and reception
  • Review desired locations
  • Review style, theme, and color choices
  • Review and discuss vendors
  • Discuss monthly tasks

Midway and Design Meeting (scheduled 6 months prior to the event):

  • Review vendors selected for services
  • Review venues and discuss floor plan, rain/contingency plan, and layout
  • Discuss wedding ceremony, design, and style, as well as musical selections
  • Discuss and plan table decor, cake table, favors, ceremony decor, and reception decor
  • Discuss attire and accessories
  • Discuss floral design
  • Discuss invitations and wording
  • Create list of DIY projects and create shopping list
  • Update task list
  • Provide customized list of additional items needed

Final Meeting (scheduled one month prior to the event):

  • Review all contracts and discuss if any detail has been overlooked
  • Finalize vendor list and delivery schedules
  • Provide detailed floor layout and timeline
  • Discuss who will perform each task at the ceremony
  • Design lineup of wedding party
  • Venue walk through
  • Discuss floor layout and timeline with selected vendors

Wedding Rehearsal:

  • Direct rehearsal flow, coordinate, and make suggestions as necessary
  • Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony duties (rings, readings, ushers, etc.)

Wedding Day—Direct Wedding Ceremony and Reception:

  • Wedding coordinator arrives at site prior to wedding to assist with set up
  • Oversee vendor arrival and set up
  • Affirm decor is set according to plan
  • Pin flowers on family and attendants, distribute bouquets
  • Ensure timeline is followed and according to plan
  • Direct reception flow with introduction to bride and groom, first dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc.
  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, and vendor issues
  • Box up remaining cake and to-go meals if requested, distribute favors
  • Direct bride and groom's exit
  • Help load gifts and personal items into designated vehicles
  • Oversee clean up of venue
